TMP Distinguished Speaker Series
The TMP Lecture series is a focal point for the program and outreach activities, featuring a mix of prominent academic researchers, distinguished business professionals, and successful entrepreneurs. All TMP lectures are professionally video-taped and archived at UC-TV.
The lecture series operates during the academic year, typically five lectures per quarter. The lectures are open to anyone. Students enrolled in the TMP certificate programs must register for the 111/211 sequence and are required to attend at least four lectures each quarter.
Global CEO of Accuen Media, Omnicom’s Programmatic Media Buying Platform. At Accuen, Josh is responsible for planning and executing the strategy for Omnicom’s programmatic media buying business. Prior to Accuen, Josh was SVP of Advertising Products and Global Marketing at Glam Media. Josh joined Glam Media from Yahoo! where he was VP and General Manager of Marketing Technology and was responsible for driving Yahoo!’s advertising technology and publisher network display partnership strategy as well as General Manager of the RightMedia Exchange. Prior to Yahoo! Josh was President of privately held software company X1, and was a senior executive at several early internet media startups including Bigstep. com, which he co- founded. Josh began his career as a software engineer, leading the development teams for several award winning consumer products
including NetObjects Fusion.
